Welcome to the 2024 Centennial Youth TACKLE Football Registration Process

This registration will allow you to provide contact information, sign consents and submit payment.  Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately.  To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or checking account information available.  A limited amount of financial scholarships are available. See the file below to apply for a CYFA scholarship.

 

Pre-Season events to add to your calendar:

  1. CYFA Weigh In Event: All players are required to attend one of our two weigh-in event options. These events are being held on May 14 and June 17. You will receive more details via email leading up to the event.

  2. CYFA 2024 Summer Tackle Football Clinics are June 17 & 20.  All sessions will be held at the Centennial Middle School Track Field.  Attend one or both sessions depending on your availability. This clinic is FREE and open to all players who are registered for the 2024 CYFA football season.  There are more details about the Summer Clinic later in this registration process.

  3. Youth Cougar Football Camp (Grades 2-8): Similar to last season, the Youth Cougar Football Camp is included (free) with your CYFA registration, but MUST be registered for outside of this CYFA registration via Community Education. The camp runs July 22-24 for grades 6-8, and July 29 - 31 for grades 2-5. There are instructions and links at the end of this registration process, and on our Football Camps and Training page.

This registration is for 2-8th grade TACKLE FOOTBALL ONLY.  If you are interested in playing K-1st grade Flag Football CLICK HERE to register.
